Robert Woolner was understanding and super helpful. Given my credit and issues where I had co-signed a car loan for someone. I had struggled since January 2025 trying to get a car given the nature of work I do. He took time to explain the lease terms,the do's and don'ts. Got it in October 2025, No issues so far.
Very uncommunicative. Tried to get ahold of my sales rep for 21 days reguarding my vehicle and Was and still are being completely ghosted. Very strange company the first vehicle they sold me had expired tires. The second vehicle they sold me had an expired battery. Had HVAC problems heater wasn’t working park brake wasn’t working and there’s a crack in the body. Unhappy with this place. We bought a used vehicle. It didn't even go 8hrs before we had electrical problems. The dealership has ghosted us. I would not recommend dealing with Jack, Harry, or this dealership. Since they don't want to deal with this I guess AMVIC is my next step.
If there is a way to say negative stars or no stars or something on those lines I would be because they say they’ll call you back. They don’t they don’t seem to care about wanting to keep current customers at all. They talk down to you. They don’t seem to have any respect whatsoever when it comes to customer service they just don’t have it buyer. Beware you get into a loan with them. You get pretty stuck into it so be very careful before you sign anything with them. They will lie right to your face.
