Leased a vehicle from them in 2022. I was tricked by them during the process. Was told I was going to be financing the vehicle. That was a lie as I was picked up in Edmonton and driven to their office in Calgary. Once there, I was told it was a lease and I was no longer interested. I was then told to find my own way home at which point I basically had no choice but to sign the lease documents. Jackson was a tremendous help when my father found the car he wanted. Buying the car was seamless and Jack went above and beyond when it came time to arrange our pickup date. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
DO NOT get roped into this 2018 Ford F-150 truck. I signed a lease for this truck Oct 2024 and had nothing but problems. First of all when I went to pick it up it hadn’t been cleaned there was so much caked on mud in the wheel wells and in the bumper, it was super dusty inside the key broke because it was getting stuck in the ignition because of how much crap was in there.
