Been going here for a while now. I will not go anywhere else. Ms. Kim knows I think my acrylic thin. She works fast but her work is neat. I love getting pedicures here but they will put me to sleep.
Honestly I used to love this place. Been coming since 2022. They just don't act like they care about the customers anymore. The place looks great but the customer service a d how they make you feel has caused me to seek out a new location. My past few visits here haven't been pleasant.
Wish I could leave a review on services but I made an appointment several days in advance and waited 30 min past my appointment time before I left and went to a different nail place. No one even mentioned them being behind when we checked in. What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait for several people ahead of you.
Went in Friday for a full set of acrylics with my host daughter. Her nails took over an hour, mine took 20 minutes. We asked for the same thing I asked for one to be repaired as the man hit it with his tool, he told me that no one would notice and he didn’t have time. By Monday, two of my nails had snapped off completely. Tuesday, I went to get them replaced. I was never offered a repair, only removal which consisted of my entire hand being put in acetone.
