Gourmet Salads, fresh to order. – I've had over a dozen meals at Cava Greens, and none of them were anything less than excellent. All ingredients were fresh, the meats were outstanding, and I've sat and talking with the owner on several occasions - he's a nice guy.
Very clean restaurant – I used to work at Cava Greens and I can tell you it's the cleanest place I've ever worked. They only serve the freshest food to customers and take food safety very seriously. It's clear the man in the previous review is exaggerating. If he had eaten a bad meal, it would not affect him 5 minutes after taking a bite of food. Awesome food and service – Cava Greens has freshly made salads that are made in front of you - you direct them on what to put in your salad - it's really fun and delicious. Best Salad – Cava Greens has excellent food. If you are looking for something different and inexpensive this is the place to go. I had an excellent experience and there was no waiting. The salad was made right in front of me and the freshness was marvelous. The staff is very friendly, knowable and will help you pick out the ingredients for a great salad.
strange owner? – One day I was walking down Colorado Blvd and happened to come across this resteraunt and I was in the mood for something very healthy to eat. I walked into the place and ordered the grilled salomon. I was the only person in the place and the owner striked up a conversation with me.
