By far the best rental company ever I have been with them for years. They have a phenomenal team they went over and beyond for my family in our time of need and I will be forever grateful to them for that. Cava is the BEST rental company in the city trust me when I say the ladies at Cava would definitely take care of you.
worst customer service, they pester you over and over dispite opting out. once they have your info, it will be sold and thats how you will end up with mass marketing pamphlets. I HATE THIS PEOPLE.
One star for the scammy letter the sent me with an offer they never intended to fulfill. Not speaking to any other aspect of their service. The letter had a faux check with an offer $421k on a home with an estimated worth of $535k-$565k. After engaging, answering questions on the condition of the home, the offer dropped to $320k. The home's condition is not even remotely that catastrophic. Agent was told everything I didn't want (not selling to 3rd party, no long wait). When I received the contract it was everything I didn't want. Was told everything totally different. LIARS, LIARS, LIARS. WOULD GIVE 0 if I could. Please read your contract before signing.
