I've honestly been hesitant about posting a critical review because up to this point I've really enjoyed this restaurant. Having said that, my most recent visit this past weekend was less than stellar and not at all what I become used to with Cava. The restaurant was quite dirty, with food scraps all over the counters and floor, the drink fountains were a mess and the place smelled of old rags.
