This is my favorite Cava to go to in the greater richmond area. The staff are so friendly and the food is always great quality. Mo does a fantastic job in attending to the customers in an efficient timeframe without compromising the quality of food.
This location is excellent food and great service
I love how the food is always fresh and the employees are friendly. Mo makes sure to greet me and my family everytime we come and it makes us feel welcome.
The manager, her name is Miriam, was very knowledgeable about the preparation of the food. She was very helpful in making my decision and choices better for my selection. I was so impressed that I asked her what she a manager she said yes, I said amazing😊
Came in yesterday and it was my first time. Kathy took her time explaining to me all the items on the line and what options go good together. I just had surgery and explained my limitations to how much I can eat and what I can eat. She was so kind, took her time and very knowledgeable on the things I can get for my bowl. The bowl was amazing. She surely made my day. Will definitely visit next time.
