For someone who has never tried Mediterranean food the first time coming in here the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Service is a 10 out of 10. Alicia is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend that you come in and see her for all of your needs. They’re knowledgeable, especially if you’ve never had Mediterranean food, hands-down, one of the best places in Shelton.

great and fast service
First time going to Cava and I was not impressed service is very slow took quite awhile to place an order. I believe the food was pretty good fresh and flavorful, but unless you know what comes in the meal that you ordered the servers do not tell you and then you later realize you did not get all the items that you are supposed to get. The line is very long and very slow so if there's anything else you need like a beverage you will have to do without.
