I initially ordered through UberEats, but only one of my bowls arrived. When I contacted the store, I spoke to a lovely employee named Tony who not only found the other bowl still at the restaurant but offered to drive it to me himself! I could not believe this! When he arrived, he told me he remade the bowl so I would have a fresh one. I feel so embarrassed by my initial frustration with not having the complete order because Cava and Tony specifically went out of their way to correct the error and make sure I was satisfied.... read more
The food and service was great!
The food is always great and fresh! And the service, specifically from Alejandra, is the best. We’re regulars and she always has a great vibe and happy to help customers. The whole team is super friendly and seems to work well together. Only thing i don’t love is that it can be hard to find a table that’s clean wiped (but that could be our fault we typically go right after the dinner rush)
