I have gone here multiple times, service is always slow, and several of the times the food was not fresh. One time the roasted vegetables were completely brown and cold. This time I ordered two bowls, both of them were wrong, one had chicken when it was only supposed to be vegetables so i brought it back in and they made a new one but the new one was basically just a half full bowl of lettuce, gave barely any toppings whatsoever. they didn’t want to make more regular chicken so they gave us the spicy chicken and my family couldn’t even finish the bowl
Been looking forward to Cava to come to the area for some time now but all the initial bad reviews had me concerned. I visited this evening and had a good experience. Sure, it was a little crowded but the wait wasn't bad and the food was great! They had a lot of young staff working really hard so props to them. Worth the visit for sure.
My first time here. Everything was fresh, and delicious. The customer service was exceptional. I will be back, and I highly recommend.
