The manager trevell is a rude person who shouldn’t be a manager at this location, he was giving everyone in the line attitude , his demeanor isn’t from someone who works for customer service! Replace him with a smiley face , Thanks !
I’m giving service one star, as well as the atmosphere, due to the egregious actions of your manager, Bobby. I cannot believe any human could possibly berate an employee over the loss of her father. The waitress was wonderful-management is NOT. I hope corporate takes this seriously, as they’re about to lose serious business over such disgusting behavior.

I called CAVA after there was an issue with my previous visit and the customer service I received from Bobby was appalling. He berated me, called me both a liar and pathetic before hanging up on me. I feel disgusted and quite frankly, afraid of returning to CAVA Daytona due to how hostile of a worker Bobby was towards me
This location really sucks compared to the Jacksonville location which is definitely saying something. The manager Bobby berated an employee in front of customers. Portions are small and if they're running out of the thing you want they short you on it instead of getting more. The employees are angels for what they have to deal with. Just wish management was better.
