Food was fresh and delicious at the Cava in Terminal C. The HORRIBLE customer service kept rushing me; it was my first time there!
Update, thought I would do one last vist at 7pm. Peak dinner time. Yep, as figured, out of nearly everything. If youre going to do that then people should get a discount. Im done here, gave another chance. Place has gotten so shitty run. Food is always good, when they have it. Ive gone here often when transiting DCA and I must say the service is getting worse and worse. Went to the Cava located Terminal 2 and it was a big turn off by the person serving your food. She was rude and does it listen. The worst park is, there was no one In line. The other just don’t speak English which can be annoying. I asked for jalapeno and was given olives instead. Never go there again.
Mediocre food for this location, unfriendly employees. I expect more from CAVA
