So excited for Cava!
This place has the potential to be great but needs work in a couple of areas. I arrived on a Monday a little before the dinner rush. There was one girl who appeared to be relatively new, but really trying to do her best managing a growing line of customers. Meanwhile, there was a young man who seemed to only be responsible for ringing up orders, and just kind of stood there, watching her struggle through refilling ingredients while also taking orders.
