Cava is one of my favorite places and it's unusual to get overcooked, charred dry salmon. Very surprised that I was served this. Disappointed this time.
This was our first time, and we were very impressed. Very fresh and tasty! Basically a Mediterranean version of chipotle. Glad we checked it out. We'll be back!
