This is the only Cava I go to. 10/10 every time.
Food was amazing delicious and fresh! Cooks were friendly with great customer service
Cava Metairie… you need to do better! I placed an order at 7:09 pm tonight with a promised “drive thru” pickup for 7:30pm. We were stuck in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and received our food closer to 7:50pm.
IF YOU CAN ONLY DRINK DIET SODAS DUE TO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE. We come here at least once or twice a month. CONSISTENTLY AND WITHOUT FAIL the diet soda is out. In the past 7 visits, we've only been able to get diet soda twice. My husband and I can't drink anything else due to dietary restrictions besides unsweet tea, which obviously tastes terrible as they do not have Splenda or anything available.
