What’s the point of ordering ahead online when you are gonna prioritize all the other customers in line? I ordered at 12:30pm for 1pm and got my food at 1:20pm. Might as well have just waited in the line, would have been quicker. There is a reason people order ahead because they are usually in a time crunch. And the staff wasn’t helpful either just said yeah we got your order once I walked to the counter and asked at 1:10pm.
