I thought Cava is just a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Yes it is and actually it’s an upgraded one. I was thoroughly impressed with the way they prep each ingredients. The staff actually grill each proteins every now and then to replenish the hotel pan. No wonder the food does not taste like fast food franchise. I tried 2 chef-curated bowls (2 days in a row); steak harissa and chicken rice. And I can’t say nothing negative about them.
