Jordan is amazing! My mobile order was taking a little longer than normal (which understandable with how busy they are) but Jordan was super communicative, let me know what they were waiting on, offered to let me switch proteins if I was in a rush, and gave me a couple extra goodies! Amazing service, this is the best cava in town <3
Got a bowl with spinach, brown rice, falafel, hummus, tzatziki, corn, tomato and cucumber salad, sumac slaw, pickled onions, feta and balsamic vinaigrette. About 30 minutes after eating, began having persistent bouts of serious diarrhea. Never had a bad experience with this store before. Food tasted fine.
I asked the manager Alex for an additional piece of Pita bread. He told me he could not give me another piece. I offered to pay for an additional piece as I have always done. He told me he couldn’t not give me another piece…when I asked to speak to a manger he stated that he was the manager. All of a sudden he was able to give me another piece. I’ve never experienced this the many years that I have been a customer at cava. This was my first time at this location and I will not be back. Terrible customer service service
I usually have a good experience at this specific location but only when specific workers are present.. most recently I visited for a bowl, the young lady (Caucasian , brown hair) refused to give me a full serving of anything requested, her attitude was unpleasant and her reason was due to them about to close. The line was long and closing wasn’t for another hour so it felt specific even if it wasn’t. I will not spend money at this location ever again.
Super quiet, chill vibe. No line or wait. Great service.
