I placed my order on the app at this location by accident. CAVA on Haywood Rd is definitely 5 stars. This location on Augusta not so much. My Salad Bowl was not as filling, and I don’t like how they already made my drink and had it sitting on the shelf where everyone was walking by it. I told them I did not want it, and I would make my own drink. I do not drink anything that has been left unattended. Awesome food, they were out of Avocados. Seemed like they didn't have enough lamb, but had good variety of the veggies. They offered good selection of fresh drinks. Atmosphere was a bit too modern and not authentic, with loud pop music, but I liked that they used biodegradable utensils. The location of the Cafe was great.
AMAZING customer service at the CAVA on Augusta Road in Greenville! The team catered a last-minute request for a corporate event. The manager and team were great to work with and created over 100 bowls for us! The food was delicious, and the customer service exceeded all expectations. Thank you!
