Today was my first Cava experience and I loved it I will be returning. I felt welcomed even though they were busy the employee helped me to the fullest and answered all my questions. I wish I would have gotten her name but she had the big bright smile the whole time great customer service this was around 1:30 pm
Very fresh food and kind staff
I always have a great experience with every time I come to this location. Food is always on point and always have great service. Special shout out to Orlando who was working hard today with a broken arm, but got through the line very quickly and gave great customer service!
Management needs to figure it out. The line took forever, they were out of most of the proteins, they did not have a lid for the to go container, and it cost me $20.48 and I did not add any additional things. Also, they ran out of the little crispy things and that’s my favorite part. That’s the reason I go there. Now I’m starting to get pissed all over again and here I am walking down the street with an open container of food 15 minute walk home thanks a lot you guys are terrible.
