I have never in my life waited this long for pick up! Waited 45 minutes when there was no line inside. Did online ordering to make it easier for ordering multiple peoples food. I even tried to cancel my order so I could go thru the line and they said they were working on.it and then still waited another 15 minutes. NEVER again. Not even an apology for wasting my time.
Completely disappointed in this CAVA. They were out of food, the garbage was piled 12-18” above the can. None of the employees smiled, welcomed you, nothing! The regional manager needs to get a hold of this place and turn it around.
Great food! Jaime’s service made it even better! Great experience, will be returning!
