Only giving 2 stars because the food is good when they have it in stock. But I will say no one looks happy working here. Worker asked me what I wanted for my bowl and walked away when I answered. Had to stop her before she put the wrong thing in my bowl. Then the cashier put our dressings in to go cups. Why is the cashier touching food items, not sure. Food is always tasty. I've tried a few items and overall pleased each time. Service is a ding only because I've had poor experience with ordering via the app a few times. I definitely would just recommend getting in line. Each time I've ordered via the app it's always been a 15-30 min wait beyond what the timing on the app says. Atmosphere is fine. Clean each time I've been there.
I had ordered cava through door dash and waited two hours for it. It never showed up and door dash kept giving me the run around, I called cava and explained the situation and was told two separate dashers picked up my order. I told cava that I would come and pick up my order from 20 minutes away if I could please come get it ( they were closing soon) and they employees went above and beyond making my order fresh and not charging me due to door dash making me wait for the food that never arrived for two hours.
