While the food is usually delicious, the service at the location in UTC Sarasota is awful. When we order online, the food is never ready when the website says it will be - in the 10-20 times we’ve ordered online, our food has NEVER been ready at the time we were told it would be. Today our food was supposed to be ready at 2:15pm, and we didn’t get it until 2:36pm. My husband and I arrived during lunch time (at its most busiest) and all the employees were banging out orders so quickly. They all worked extremely well together and even though there was a line, it was moving fast. Delicious food and great service.
We've been going several times, but the last two times, people have been rude, and the food doesn't have flavor; it's like the crew is incomplete or something. It's a shame, it was really good.
Kind, hardworking people. Yummy, fresh, healthy options. I love the roasted white sweet potatoes. Thank you for all that you do. 💜💜💜
