I came in last night to get a snack with my girlfriend, and tony helped us out! he was SO kind, recommended a ton of stuff that tasted SO good on my usual order. let us try the spicy broccoli and was overall super welcoming! he said hi to everyone who came in and gave them his undivided attention. by far my best experience at a cava, thank you tony!
The front staff were rushing me and came off a bit rude. In particular, a short lady took my order, and just as I was about to pay, she walked off leaving me standing there at the cashier. I get that it’s busy, but as a paying customer who was there first, I expect to be taken care of first. The food was good, but honestly, the service needs serious improvement.
