This was my first time trying CAVA, The food was amazing and I had a really great experience and a big reason was Evan. He was friendly and welcoming. He took the time to answer my questions, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it, but Evan’s customer service is what really stood out. Employees like him make people want to come back. If you’re stopping by CAVA, I hope you get served by Evan! Highly recommend this location!
A friend and I came to Denver for a Concert. I suggested we find a Cava to have dinner since we do not have one in Colorado Springs. We dined in. We were not disappointed! We had excellent service from Jake S, Prince and Toena ( hope I spelled his name right). The food was Yummy and the Wait staff were friendly and gave us excellent Customer Service!! I have one complaint...why don't you have a Cava in Colorado Springs??! See you next time I come to Denver!🥰
Hugo and his team were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and professional. I had a great experience at CAVA. Prince’s recommendations for the dips were excellent, and Evan’s suggestion to try the Crazy Feta was spot on.They are managing the restaurant exceptionally well, and it shows.
