The stuff is incredibly rude; when they lack ingredients, they refused to remake it. On top of that, one of the bowl had hair in it. Extremely disgusting, try to go other CAVA places if possible. This one was horrible!
We love CAVA and often choose it over other options when eating out. However, we just had a really poor experience at this CAVA location at Legacy place,Dedham, Ma. Some of the staff were rude (especially the lady who took our order). She barely spoke any English but behaved like it inconvenienced her that we were ordering. Greta food and fast service.
Order a bowl with honey harissa chicken for pick up at 9:30 on 12/20/25. Went home to eat and found out there was NO chicken at ALL in my bowl. Doesn't even make sense.
They never disappoint. The people there are great and the food is delicious. Thank you staff for all that you do!
