I love Cava but this location has been getting worse and inconsistent. I've been a customer of this location for the past 2 years, I do in person and delivery orders. I'm very picky on the type of food that I eat and I choose Cava because it has healthy options. When I first started eating here, they had good employees, nice service and the food quality was good. Kind of like an upscale Starbucks. Great selection of pastries and sandwiches. Great drink selection. Long wait do don't be in a hurry. Limited seating options.
Very disappointed with both the staff and service. I ordered a half-and-half bowl with chicken and lamb meatballs, and they gave barely even a spoonful of meat. They didn’t hand me my free pita, and then charged me an extra $3 for something unexplained despite me only adding items that are normally included. The staff was surprisingly rude for a first-time customer, speaking as if we were foolish for not knowing how to “properly” make a bowl. I like the food here and service is also very nice. People at this cava are friendly and will listen to you while making your order. I have had bad experience at cava in past. But this one is good even for pick up. I hope this helps 🙂
Great spot for fresh and flavorful Mediterranean food. The ingredients were vibrant, and the portions well-balanced. What really made my visit stand out was the excellent service. Lary was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful throughout my experience. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d return to, especially thanks to the outstanding service.
