Hands down my favorite "fast casual" restaurant. Good is delicious, vibrant, and healthy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Took my parents there recently and my mom actually had an unconscious "mmmm" when she took her 1st bite, not something I can remember or of her. Portions are generous, with tons of verity in each dish. Drinks are also delicious, different, and not overly sweet. We thoroughly enjoy the quality and flavor of the food here, and very much appreciate the kind and considerate staff. Today amidst the chaos of our day, there was a bit of confusion between my husband and I and Seth the sweet manager offered to comp our meal, thinking the system messed up. When my husband learned it was my fault the order wasn't completed due to being in urgent care, he told Seth that we would pay for it. Seth was so gracious and gave us our meals anyways. I had the falafel build your own bowl and I really liked all the options. They must have changed how they make their falafel as it is way more moist and tastier than before. Many healthy options with great flavors and one bowl is enough food for 2 meals.

I believe these restaurants are called "fast casual restaurants the closest comparison i think would be chipolte. They sort of bridge the gap between fast food and dine in experience. The food really is pretty good especially if you like Mediterranean.
