This location is always the absolute worst. Consistently long lines. They had the line wrapped around the dining room with 5+ people waiting for online & only 1 person on the line. Offer them some help, the manager should hop on the line or schedule better. Love the food but not worth a 30 minute wait
Eat here often, the food is NEVER ready on time. Tonight food was to be picked up at 8 PM, after going to the counter starting 8:03 the food was yet to be worked on. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went back to ask for an update and they told me there was no chicken ready and it would be another 10 min. I love the food here but not this company wasting an hour of my time… please put better ETA pick up times in… Update: New ETA system is nice, but pick up orders wrong all the time. Best food and customer service!
Left this establishment today and I will never give this particular Cava my money again as a consumer. The employee there Annie was the most rudest human being I have ever come into contact with providing food service. Prior to me getting towards the front of the line I could hear her complaining about the family ahead of me stating “why can’t they just go eat at a sit down restaurant trying to order all this food over here.” I’m sorry but don’t you want consumers giving you business?
