On our way to upstate New York we stopped by this Cava store on NJ 17 North for lunch. There are lots of parking in front and around the store. Few outdoor tables were available too. It was a very clean and tidy inside. There wasn’t much customer only a few, including us. They had all the items lined up in the station, all seemed freshly cooked. Had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, delicious, and everything was prepared perfectly. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Luigi and Jay for doing such a great job. They were attentive, helpful, and clearly care about both the customers and their team. You can tell they help create a positive atmosphere and keep everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best CAVA experiences I’ve had. I’ll be coming back!
usually good and i never run into problems at this location but the pita crisps were rly burnt and the pita chips were cooked for too long as well. why not just toss out the burnt batch of crisps and remake them? it was unappetizing.
I truly love coming to this cava for a handful of reasons. 1) the staff is always so kind and friendly, because I come here almost once a week some have remembered my order, or given me something extra with no charge. They are truly sweet people 2) it’s never extremely extremely busy atleast when I go, and when it is my pick up order is always done on time 3) the food is truly amazing.
