Really sweet and amazing staff
I had a really disappointing experience at CAVA today. The 2 girls working at the front had very poor customer service and honestly acted like they didn’t want to be there or serve customers. There was no greeting, no effort to ask questions or help with ordering, and the interaction felt very dry and unwelcoming. Customer service makes a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately this visit felt rushed and uncomfortable.
