I went to Cava from my office for a quick, high-protein lunch and meal prep. I ordered my favorite meal, the Harissa Avocado bowl, and it was delicious as always.

I am an avid cava enjoyer, and I take my grains and greens bowls seriously. I have probably visited once a week minimum for a year.
