Very tasty.
I come by a few days a week & every time I come in the place is clean especially the bathrooms which I appreciate. I had an issue one time and the manager Mckenzie took care of my needs. She was very helpful & the customer service at this CAVA is always great for me.
I went to Cava today and had a great experience. The management was very friendly and Sara who made my bowl did an exceptional job. She made sure to put my meal together with care and attention to detail. Thank you Sara!
9 PM. Not busy. The cleanliness is severely lacking. Food is delicious as always, service was mediocre, food station and every table in the entire place, although roughly 90% unoccupied by customers (not surprisingly), is dirty (like covered in scraps dirty), floor is unswept, drink station is nasty. I would be ashamed to work in this environment. I guess because it’s Cava and the food is consistently amazing, they can get away with it. It’s unfortunate and disappointing.
