I visited CAVA today (Saturday) around lunchtime. The food was great, and the staff I interacted with were friendly. That said, I was disappointed by the lack of urgency in managing the line. At one point, there were close to 13 people waiting, yet it didn’t seem like there was much effort to clear the growing queue. No employees stepped in to help for quite some time, while the manager appeared focused on other routine tasks rather than addressing the line. The only thing I would like to see is for them to figure out a way to keep the food hotter. Invest in temperature control.
