I recently visited the Cava in friendly center and unfortunately they forgot to add my pita chips. I promptly called and spoke with the manager, Whitney, and I cannot praise her enough. She not only said my next pita chips were free, but they were remaking my bowl on the house. I frequently visit cava, and this was the first time that anything was wrong, and to be so taken care of by the cava staff and manager. It was amazing and will definitely make me go back. Clean and speedy with exceptional customer service!
Everyone was so helpful! We care at the end of the night and they didn’t rush us or make us feel bad for walking in at the very last minute. We love Cava!!!
