Unfriendly staff. Not even a hello or a smile from them. She charged me for a large drink after telling her I wanted the small one. I received almost NO CHICKEN (less than a spoon) BUT A BUNCH OF ONIONS. The sauce was disgusting and I could even take it off since they mixed everything together. This place is a joke, no coming back.
I love cava but this location needs serious help. Everytime I come here the employees are moving snail speed and bickering between each other. During today’s visit, I was disappointed by the experience I had in the line with the employees but not only that - once we sat down there were so many fruit flies/gnats in the air. My husband and I kept having to swat them away but several got stuck in our bowl within minutes of sitting down so we had to discard the bowl.
