Food is usually great. Customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve gone in multiple times hoping my next visit to be better than the last. I am always disappointed. They make it seem like it’s a burden to serve you. Not just one employee either. Everyone has an attitude for no reason. Has me walking out with my food upset every time. Ridiculous.
The Dining experience at CAVA is an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The food is exceptional, the staff attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening for the whole family to enjoy! I Highly recommend! Don't get me started on those Salted Chocolate Oat Cookies 🥰
