Cava usually never disappoints but this particular location sucked. I recently visited Cava today, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The portions of rice were ridiculously skimpy, and when I politely asked for a little more, the employee only offered a "quarter scoop" extra. I even offered to pay for more rice if needed, but she refused. It was clear she had no regard for customer service.
