Manager Dana was Very nice and the food was very good
Aliyah Alvarez was great at ensuring customer service the food was also on point I would highly recommend this CAVA location great place to eat out
I went to CAVA on 16st and Camelback & I cannot wait to go back. Nothing like having tasty and fresh food in a clean environment with nice staff. The manager, Dana, is super kind. She was very busy but still took time to help me with directions on how to get to a location I had to go to. Looking forward to going back!
Food was good, service was abysmal. Was the only one in line, wasn’t acknowledged for 3 minutes. Employees just restocking and working on mobile orders (a simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way). No thank you, no have a good day, just frowns and silence. I don’t normally leave reviews but just found it super rude. I’ve worked food service, I get that you don’t always feel like rainbows and sunshine. But just looking someone in the eye for a second and acknowledging them as a human isn’t a lot to ask for.
