Poor customer service! They messed up my online order a few days ago and when I called them they wrote down my name and said I can come back to get a free bowl. I just went back and the manager tried everything she could not to honor it. She said I should have been back on the same day or next day. Anytime later than that would not work, which I was never told on the phone. I live 20 min away and it just does not make sense to drive all the way back.
