Alicia had a lot of audacity while making my order. She was so rude to me, and I was shocked when she rolled her eyes right in front of me. Mind you, I was nothing but polite, no attitude, no unnecessary modifications, not even a complicated order. And yet she looked at me like I had personally ruined her entire week. As someone who’s worked in the fast food industry, I would never treat somebody like that, especially while wearing a name tag.
