This was my first time visiting Cava, but it won't be my last. The customer service was amazing, and the food was great. You definitely have a return customer.
I love the food they serve here, although it can be a bit over packed sometimes. It is best to order online if you have the option to do so.
They list closing time is 10pm but don’t bother showing up at 9pm because they are always putting ingredients away and starting to pack everything up and your only picking through what’s left. I was really craving fresh pita chips and I was told that the fryer was already turned off at 9pm and had to settle for cold pita chips. I get it employees want to have the place cleaned up for closing time but then again should understand what comes with the industry they chose to work in.
