Pretty quick service. A little challenging to get to Broken Arrow location, but food is good and generous portions.
Visited 6/23/25 with my son. Were cheerfully greeted promptly. Had been to other Cava locations but was still grateful for the refresher on how it works and all the variety of flavors available. We each had a bowl, crafted with anything that sounded tasty and intriguing, including some spicy pita chips and craft sodas. You can keep it simple if you want, but we were both adventurous in choosing a variety of flavor profiles. The result was a deliciously flavorful lunch.
