This Cava is one of the worst customer service locations. You always hear them complaining or fighting within and more times than not the item you want is something they don’t have. Have heard employees flight with customers who are complaining of the wait times. Even having consistent pita chips is a 50/50 chance. I don’t know any details but it’s clearly a location which needs change either in employees or management.

Food was amazing, Alex was full of energy and made ordering a breeze!
