Mercedes such a gem! I had a minor hick up with my order and she was able to fix it quickly! Definitely a keeper at this location.
I accidentally placed an order online at the Sandy Springs Cava location. It was supposed to be a delivery order, but I accidentally selected pickup. I was unable to leave work to pick it up, so I called the store. Mercedes answered, and she gave me exceptionally outstanding service by offering to deliver it for me. I do not think many people would have done that, so I am leaving her an amazing service review. She’s a big asset to the Cava team in my opinion! Thank you so much Mercedes!! <3
Got held up and got to the store 2hrs after placing my order smh, but they were so gracious and remade my order fresh. Much appreciated.
