ordered online and the steak and skhug was missing :( still other food yummy but delivery from here beware
I live in Canada (Toronto) we do not have a cava, the closest thing to cava is chipotle and all my American friends or anyone who has tried cava say it's 100000% better so I wasn't expecting anything less then amazing food!! What was a pleasant surprise was the customer service! I was served by dimond and hands down the best!!! She was very nice, knowledgeable on the menue and pairings to build a bowl she was pasient with all my questions! Thank you dimond for making my cava experience one to remember here in New York!
This location is one of my favorite cava to go to ILEANA is so helpful, my last time there she was nice enough to let me know about a promotion I had just for using the app. I found that to be really thoughtful of her I can tell she love working here & I’ll be back soon.
