Jamal has great customer service and this Cava is always really clean when I come here
I need to give a special shout out to Miss B at this Raleigh, Falls of Neuse location. I was trying for over an hour to place a rather large order (13 meals) on the website and it just wouldn't advance and push through. So, I decided to drive up to the location and try and order in person.
