Horrible service. This girl they have answering the phone should be ashamed but clearly could not have cared less. This location has lost my business.
Ugh amazing!
One girl started taking my order and she asked me everything I wanted on my chicken and rice bowl, but then passed the bowl to a young girl with black curly hair who didn’t ask me anything and just started making the bowl without my approval on any toppings. I told her I didn’t want cheese or tomatoes and she put both of them on. When I reminded her she said “oops” and still gave me that bowl. When I got to the checkout, none of the workers knew whose bowl was whose. Very confusing and not a good experience.
