There food is delicious but everything else is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered pickup, they hadn’t even started making my order at the pickup time. The app shows nothing about if food is ready or not, no way to complain if food is wrong or anything. On top of that the person manning the register did not communicate in an effective manner.
