Jackie’s excellent customer service love CAVA
Last night I walked out in the midst of ordering my food!! I’m so upset because I wanted CAVA so bad but this location has declined. I should’ve known better when I saw lettuce all over the lettuce area. There was a gentleman in front of me it was his first time so instead of the employee making suggestions she literally just stared at him like he was dumb. The guy working the front counter, was very rude, and seemed like he didn't want to be there. the food is always good at Cava.
I had great service at CAVA today. Venecia was amazing. Super friendly and informative, she put a smile on my face. Very pleased with my meal and her kindness. Hoping they bring sweet potatoes back.
