Very helpful staff and great location! 10/10 service.
Very poorly ran. I've given them 3 chances, and they've failed every time. My online order was supposed to be ready at 6:15pm. I received it at 6:39pm. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, or while I waited. The entire staff moves in slow motion. No one took initiative to hand out orders once they were ready. On another occasion I was supposed to receive a partial refund because half of my order was missing when delivered. I never received that refund. Almost every time I order online if I don’t get there early, then my food order gets stolen.
It’s always a hit or miss here. Today the containers were practically empty (they have been before) so the employee scrapped the little bit that she could from the bottom. The pita crisp were super stale and even hurt to bite. I had to remove them from the bowl by hand. They overdid it with the dressing as well and made the bowl soggy. I probably won’t be back to this particular location. Maybe service is better during the week but not on a weekend evening.
30 min wait! Plus most of the times I been there they always are out of the sides.
