Cold food.. chaotic. No lids for the bowls, no pita bread in stock. Worst location of a restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life. Management should truly be ashamed of themselves.
This place used to be better, not sure how that are being trained now a days - but they sprinkled chicken on my bowl. Even after asking, they said - that's it. That gave me more pita crisps than chicken - what's the point? Not going back here, will try once on the belt line, and if it repeats - switching to something local or chipotle.
Love Cava. Love the bowls. But the cashier? Not so much. After a 30-minute wait, I was told I could only have *one* dressing—no extras, not even if you're willing to dish out the $. Then I dared to grab a bag for my to-go order (because I wasn’t given one), and was scolded like I’d tried to steal the Mona Lisa. Eventually got one… with a side of attitude.
