I came in the late afternoon after several work meetings in the area. There was only one person ahead of me and both the kitchen and line were well-staffed. I didn't quite catch what happened with the person in front of me, but they left mid-order leaving the CAVA staff flummoxed. I was also very confused, but the sweet staff ended up "love buttoning" my order and gave me the other bowl to pay forward if I could. Thank you Corina, Gianna, and Cesar -- keep up the good spirits, hard work, and kindness. You guys are awesome!
