Ari is hands down the best at Cava. Her customer service is top-tier—friendly, fast, and super attentive. Every time she’s working, everything runs perfectly and my order is always spot-on. You can tell she really cares about what she does. She makes every visit a great experience.

Couldnt take an order in advance over the phone. Half an Advocado just thrown on top of wrap, and couldnt handle instructions to spread it out,...then couldn't cut my pita wrap in half and asked me if was my first time--like it was a ridiculous ask and I had to cut it in the car while on a road trip. Food was decent, newer staff need a lot of training.
