This was our first time at CAVA and Gregory made our visit enjoyable. He took time to help us understand the menu and allowed us the freedom to create our own bowl. We’ll be back!

I've had my share of not-so-great experiences online and in person, but today was a total game changer! Gregory provided the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced. He was super clean and even washed his hands before working on my order, which I really appreciated. He let me sample some new sauces and was so patient with me—I never felt rushed at all!
