This location was busy but the food was fresh and the long line moved fast.
This was my second time eating at CAVA, and I visited the Concord Mills location. Unfortunately, the manager, Jenna, provided terrible customer service—she had a bad attitude and spoke in a sarcastic manner. The only reason I’d consider returning is because of Erin. Despite our frustration with Jenna’s behavior, Erin went out of her way to be kind and accommodating, doing her best to turn the situation around.
