CAVA is a great Mediterranean bowl place with a ton of options. As an Orthodox Christian, I fast during Lent and a few other seasons, and this is honestly one of the better fasting-friendly casual spots. There’s plenty here for vegetarians too, so I’d definitely recommend it for that. That said… there’s almost too much freedom. You can build your own bowl from a huge list of ingredients, or just go with one of their recommended combinations—which is probably the safer move. First time eating at Cava and I was very happy. Very clean great service and food was excellent. Large portions, will definitely return
