Food is great. But ordering ahead is horrible. It looks consistently understaffed and takes at least 2x the wait time for food to be ready. At least twice, I've ordered ahead and arrived for the correct order time, and the food hasn't even been made and I have to ask for the order to be started. Getting an employee's attention to just ask to pick up the order is extremely difficult as they are also working the line.
