I would've given them five stars for service, my eyesight is bad, and I made them aware I'dforgotten to bring my glasses. So, I can't read their little labels on their meals. They have not told me I have a choice of three proteins for my bowls. Instead, they've consistently served me one and gone about their business. I just found out for the first time last Thursday, 6/24, from their nicest servers on staff, and I've been going there once a week for the past six months! How mean is that? We've used CAVA several times for our large company luncheons. The food is always great and on time! And Neal made sure that the service is excellent! Definitely the office favorite!
Great food only complaint would be several dirty tables.
Always stop here when I am in Charlottesville. Such a better choice than a burger joint.
I love Cava, and the food was great as always. But what the kind and helpful staff at this location didn’t know is that I’m here to be with my dying mother. And took this quick break to get out and grab some food. After I checked out, I realized I hadn’t ordered a drink, so went back to pay for one and the man at the check out said it was on him. I almost cried. You never know what someone is going through and the impact a small kindness can have. Thank you.
