Neal and the rest of this Cava team has completely turned me into a huge fan! They had a long line on my first ever Cava visit and they heard me say it was my first time and immediately slowed down. They explained everything and even let me taste the braised lamb(10/10!!) the customer service is unmatched! I will be returning day in day out!
Kids will agree to CAVA instead of fast food. The service is excellent. Their app works well. And food is consistent with plenty of healthy options. It makes my life easier when kids will happily choose CAVA. They love the different fountain drinks and pita chips.
Don't go here an hour before they close, because the hot food won't be hot and the juices will be in containers that you have to ask them to pick up and pour, spilling it all over your hand and the floor when doing so. We couldn't find a lid for our drink either, and the soda machine was already turned off. Ordered the spicy lamb meatball and potato bowl yesterday. How many tiny meatballs does it come with? Two. Yep, two headlining meatballs to make that $14 bowl come to life. I really like Cava, but that's an embarrassing way to design a heavily advertised bowl. Flavor still good. Value is starting to feel like Chipotle. Same or more cost, less quantity.
